Information sheet for ordering prescriptions

Processing time:

• Prescription requests are processed by our practice within 3-5 business days.

Inquiries regarding the processing status:

• Please refrain from further inquiries regarding the processing status within the processing time of 5-7 business days.
  

  Validity of PDF formats:

  • The prescription orders in PDF format are still valid.

    
    

    Submission of order forms:

    • Only prescription orders submitted via a completed order form, either by email or mail, will be accepted. Alternatively, you are welcome to complete the form legibly by hand and send it to us by mail.

      
      

      Completeness and correctness:

      • Please note that we will only process order forms that are completely and correctly filled out. For fields that are not required, please enter a placeholder (e.g., - / . / x).
      • Prescription orders without a response cannot be processed. Please ensure you provide all the required information.

      
      reCAPTCHA:

      • To send the prescription order, the reCAPTCHA must be accepted.

        
        

        Confirmation:

        • If the field with the message "Your message has been sent" appears, the prescription order has been successfully submitted.

          
          

          Prescriptions are sent exclusively by mail. Unfortunately, e-prescriptions cannot be issued.
